Q: Is there a contract for the service? A: No, the service is month-to-month. Payments are due quarterly in advance; you will be refunded the unused amount if you chose to discontinue the service.

Q: How long does it take to get started? A: Typically, you can be up and running in 24-48 hours. Once we set you up, the changes must propagate through the internet. Some mail might begin to be filtered in as little as eight hours.

Q: Will there be a delay in receiving our messages? A: Yes, but you will typically not notice it. You may experience a few seconds delay as the mail is routed through our servers.

Q: Can I whitelist / blacklist people? A: Yes, each user has control over their own white and blacklists.

Q: Why don’t you support personal e-mail accounts like yahoo and hotmail?
A: The service works by routing all e-mail to your domain through our servers. It is an “all or nothing” system, so unless your provider wants to use us, we can’t do it.  We can, however, help you get your own domain and website.  Contact us to learn more.
